Tasty BBQ Chicken Salad

Ingredients
half a white or red onion choppedsmall chicken breast, chopped uppeppers (any red, green, etc.) choppedBBQ sauce (1/3 cup)Romaine Lettuce (4 cups)Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese (1 oz)
Directions
1: Cook these three ingredients until meat is nearly done.

peppers (any red, green, etc.) chopped

2: Add in the bbq sauce and reduce until most of the moisture is gone.
BBQ sauce (1/3 cup)

3: On a plate spread the Romaine Lettuce (4 cups), and when the hot mixture is done place on top of lettuce.

4: Sprinkle with the Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese (1 oz)
