Pumpkin Custard

Ingredients
2 Cups Canned Pumpkin3 Egg Whites12 oz Evaporated, Non-Fat Milk1 tsp Ground Cinnamon1/2 tsp Ground Ginger1/4 tsp Ground Cloves2/3 Cup Splenda Sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Pour and whisk all ingredients into a large bowl, and pour into a greases, 1 quart baking dish.

Bake for 15 min, then turn the temperature down to 350 and bake for 40-50 min or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
