Preparation: Preheat oven 350. 1/8 c. Stevia + 1/2 tsp CinnamonCombine and dust 2 greased loaf pans. MIXER:1/4 c. butter1/8 c. applesauce3/4 c. Stevia1/2 c. brown sugar; unpackedCream together. 2 Eggs3 very ripe bananas, mashed1 c. (8 oz.) Greek Yogurt1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 tsp CinnamonAdd to creamed butter-sugar mixture.BLENDER; Completely liquefy...16 oz. white beans, canned-drained & rinsed1/4 tsp. Salt1 1/2 tsp baking sodaPour BLENDER bean batter into MIXER mixture. Beat on high until smooth.Divide batter into prepared loaf pans. Bake 350; 1 hour.
