Tahena's Vegan RAW Flax & Almond Crisps

Ingredients
Dehydrated Sweet Bell Pepper, 1 cupFlax Seed, 2 cupsRed Mill Finely Ground Almond Meal/Flour, 2 cup Salt, 2 tsp Garlic powder, 2 tspchilli powder, 2 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Onion powder, 2 tbsp
Directions
grind flax and other ingredients finely in blender.
Mix in 6 cups water.
Let sit for about 2 hours.
Spread on nonstick sheets in dehydrator
Dehydrate at 105 degrees for 24 hours.
Turn when able to to ensure dried on both sides.
Break up into pieces.
20 grams is a serving size.
makes about 440 grams.
