Cheesy Chicken, broccoli and cheese cassarole

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed Broccoli, fresh, 2 bunch **Campbell's Cream of Chicken 98% Fat Free, 1 serving *CHEESE SHREDDED CHEESE REDUCED FAT, 1 cup Milk, nonfat, .25 cup White Rice, long grain, 2 cup *Albertsons Fat Free Sour Cream, 8 tbsp
Directions
I like this one plain and simple. On a busy day I will cut up the chicken, broccoli and add it all into the cassarole dish with the rice cooked and the remaining ingrediants all together with the exception of the cheese. Cook covered with foil for 50 min on 350 degrees. At that point add the cheese stiring about half of it into the cassarole and letting the remainder sit on top and cook for another 10 minutes uncovered. I have also been known to add a little salsa to the mix to give it a kick. This should make 4-6 servings of about a cup each.
