1/4 cup old fashioned oats1/4 cup all bran1/4 cup sliced almonds1/4 cup Craisins1 cup skim soy milk
Directions
Mix together in breakfast bowl. Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes if prefer to be soft and mushy. Can also microwave and serve warm. Makes one hearty serving.
