Lite Pumpkin and Raisin Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 c oil and 2 eggs1/2 c splenda1 c brown sugar2 c canned pumpkin3 c whole wheat flour2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1 tsp ginger1 c raisins
Directions
Cream oil and eggs, sugars and pumpkin. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Stir in raisins. Drop from spoon onto non-stick baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Makes 48 large.
