Ginger Garlic Shrimp with Spaghetti

1/2 lb Whole Wheat Spaghetti 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)2 cups broccoli florets2 Tbsp unsalted butter,1 tsp minced garlic1 tsp grated ginger
1. Prepare spaghetti according to package directions (cook to al dente)
2. While the spaghetti is cooking, melt butter in a saute pan (the pan needs to be large enough to accomodate the cooked spaghetti)
3. Saute the garlic and ginger for a minute then add shrimp.
4. When the shrimp is just turning pink, add the broccoli.
5. When the shirmp is pink and the broccoli is heated through, add the spaghetti and toss together.
Makes 4 servings
