Baked Egg Vege Medley

Ingredients
. 2 Eggs. 4 servings Egg Whites. Veges (Onion, Mushroom, Bell Pepper, Sweet Corn). Milk 50 ml. Bread crumbs 1/4 cup. Chedder Cheese 1/2 cup. Oil 1 TB Sp
Directions
1. beat eggs and whites together.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3 arrange vegetables in 9 sq in pie plate.
4. cut bread clices in cubes and spread over vegetables.
5. Season with Salt and pepper.
6. Beat in Oil and milk to eggs.
7. Pour over the vegetables.
8. top with cheese and crumbs.
9. Bake for 30-40 mins in pre heated ( 190 C) oven.
10 Serves 4 people.
