Buttermilk, Dill, & Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
2lbs potatoes5-6 cloves of garlic1 tbsp truffle oil1 cup buttermilk1 tbsp dried dill1 tsp dried mustardsalt and pepper
Directions
Peel and dice potatoes. Place potatoes and peeled cloves of garlic in a large pot, fill with cold water. Salt water. Bring to a boil and boil until potatoes are fork tender. Drain, then mash with buttermilk, dill, mustard, truffle oil, and salt and pepper to taste. Makes about 12 1/2 cup servings
