Simple Beef Tips and Gravy

2 lbs beef sirloin tip1 (10 oz) can Healthy Request Campbell's condensed cream of mushroom soup1 (10 oz) can Healthy Request Campbell's condensed cream of chicken soup1 (2 oz) envelope brown gravy mixsalt and pepper to taste
1. In medium saucepan, boil tips till done
2. Drain tips, reserving 2 cups of broth
3. In medium saucepan or Crockpot, add your soups and brown gravy mix, mix well
4. Add in broth until gravy is as thick as you like, it will thicken slightly
5. Add you tips, simmer for at least 25 minutes or as long as you wish, (stirring occasionally).
If you use a crockpot, set it on low and simmer all day.
