Ingredients
4 Chicken ThighsBaconRed wineTomato PureeMushroomsOnionsOlive OilRosemary
Directions
Fry onions (with a little garlic if you wish), add chopped bacon and chicken and brown. Add mushrooms, stock, wine, tomato puree and rosemary. Lid on and simmer for 1.5 - 2hrs. Serve with a pile of green veg and maybe some carrots. Serves 2.
