Cottage Cheese Salad

Ingredients
1- 4 serving size sugar free jello; flavor your choice1 can crushed pineapple in natural juice1 small container cool whip light1 container cottage cheese
Directions
Place cottage cheese and pineapple with juice in a bowl. Mix well. Sprinkle the jello on top and let set for a few minutes to soften. Mix well. Add the cool whip. Mix well. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Thats it!
My mom used to also put this in a graham cracker shell and serve for dessert. Disappears FAST!
