Ingredients
16 oz. 93% lean ground beefone cup diced onions0.5 tsp. garlic powderone can beef gravy10 oz. frozen mixed v egetables2 cups mashed potatoes1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
serves 4
brown meat & onions in non-stick skillet.
Add gravy and garlic powder. Simmer 3- minutes/
Add frozen mixed vegetables. Simmer 8 minutes.
Remove from heat and spread mashed potatoes over the top.
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Place under broiler 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted.
Wrap handle of skillet with foil if made o a plastic material.
