Mushroom Swiss Omlette

Ingredients
2 Large Eggs1 Tblsp Skim Milk1/4 Cup Chopped Fresh Mushrooms1 oz (1 slice) Swiss Cheese, Diced
Directions
Spray omlette pan with non-stick cooking spray. On medium heat cook mushrooms until they release their liquid, approx 5 minutes. Mix egg and milk together with salt and pepper to taste. Pour egg mixture over mushrooms, cook until egg is almost completely cooked. Add diced cheese, fold omlette and serve.
