Broiled Sea Scallops

Ingredients
1 pound(s) scallops (Thaw Rinse and Drain thorougly) 2 tsp garlic powder 1/8 tsp table salt 1/8 tsp black pepper 4 Tbsp butter, (or margarine) 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Directions
Arrange Scallops in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt & pepper. Mix together margarine and lemon juice, and pour over scallops. (or put scallops in a bowl, mix all ingredients, pour over scallops, toss, use spatula to scrape all ingredients into broiling pan) Broil in oven for about 8-10 minutes or until they appear whitish in colour instead of opaque. Do not over-cook them though or they will be rubbery!
