8 boneless skinless chicken thighs16 oz of broccoli fresh or frozen.5 cup of light soy sauce
Cut up boneless skinless chicken, cook thouroghly, then add broccoli and soy sauce. Let cook on medium tempeture for abou 12 min or until broccoli is cooked and serve.
I serve with white rice, but you can serve over noodles or brown rice.
