Ingredients
3 Skinless Chicken Breasts, cooked2 (10 oz) bags frozen mixed vegetables, thawed1 cup skim milk4 egg whites2 cups Heart Smart Bisquick2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup, 98% Fat Free2 cups small diced potatoes, softened
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. In a large casserole dish combine thawed mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, potatoes, and chicken. In separate bowl mix Bisquick, milk, and eggs then pour over the pot pie mixture.
Bake 30 min
