200 grams extra firm tofu1 tsp. soy sauce1 tbsp. tahini2 tbsp. nutritional yeast1 tsp. olive oil1/4 tsp salt
Cut tofu into slices. Grill or pan fry on both sides. In a bowl mix the rest of the ingredients and slowly add about 1/2 cup water. Stir really well, use a whisk. Place tofu in a pan and pour the sauce over the tofu so it is well coated. Put it in the oven for about 10 minutes on 350 F or 180 C. Serve hot. Makes 2 servings.
