Hearty Meat Pie

Ingredients
2cps Mushrooms, coarsely chopped14oz turkey smoked sausage, cut into chunks1 medium onion, chopped1 red bell pepper chopped1 lg clove garlic, minced1/2cp shredded part skim mozzarella 1/4cp part skim ricotta1/4cp grated parmesanpizza dough
Directions
Makes 8 slices.
Add some olive oil to a large frying pan and cook sausage, onion, garlic and peppers until warmed through and vegetables are crisp tender. Remove to a large bowl. Cook mushrooms until most of the moisture has cooked out of them and evaporated. Add to the other ingredients int he bowl. Cover and place in the refrigerator to cool.
Make pizza dough, divide in half, cover one pizza pan with half the dough. Take the cooled ingredients out of the refrigerator, add all the cheeses, mixing thoroughly. Pour into the center of the pizza dough. Roll out the other half of the dough and cover the pie. Crimp the edges and make 4 or 5 cuts in the top to vent. Bake in a 500F oven for 20 mins or until golden brown. Let cool 5 mins before cutting. Enjoy!
