Slow cook Mushroom chicken

Ingredients
2 chicken breast halves1/2 large onion, diced1 medium stalk celery, diced1 cup diced fresh mushrooms1 tsp. canola oil1/2 cup Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup1/3 cup 1% milk1 T. Lipton onion mushroom soup mixPlace chicken breasts in bottom of slow cooker. Saute onion, celery and mushrooms in canola oil and scatter over chicken breasts. Combine mushroom soup, soup mix and mix and pour over all. Cook 3-4 hours on low.
