Vegetarian Meatballs

Ingredients
4 eggs1 Cup shredded cheddar0.5 cup cottage cheese0.5 cup finely chopped onion1 cup finely chopped pecans1 tsp basil1.5 teapson salt0.25 teaspoon sage2 cups italian bread crumbsSauce:0.25 cup vegetable oil0.25 cup white vinegar0.75 apricot jam1 cup ketchup0.25 minced onion1 tsp oregano1 dash hot pepper sauce
Directions
Combine eggs, cottage cheese and cheese in large bowl. Add onion, pecans, basil, salt and sage. Stir in bread crumbs. Form into 2-inch balls and place in 9x12 baking dish.

In another bowl, combine sauce incredients and mix well. Pour over balls.

Cook at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Makes 10 servings.
