Low Fat Banana Raisin Mini Muffins

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt6 Splenda packets1/4 cup applesauce1/4 cup whole milk1 tsp vanilla2 banannas, smashed1/3 cup un-packed raisins
Preheat oven to 375
Combine first four items, mix well to blend. iIn separate bowl, mix next four items to blend well. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix untill four mixture is doughy. Fold in raisins.
Fill non-stick mini muffin pan (I use a 12 mini muffin pan). Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove immediately from pan when done. Enjoy!
