1 egg1 cup low fat buttermilk1 cup of pumpkin puree1 cup of brown sugar1 cup of Kelloggs' all bran buds cereal (there is no substitute for this)1 cup of bran 2 TBSP Wheat Germ2 Tbsp Flaxseed (actually can be more up to 1/2 cup)2 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Baking Soda2 tbsp cinnamon1 cup mini choc. chips
Directions
400 ^ oven for 20-25 min. They are very dense, but very fiber filled.
