Sauteed Carrots

Ingredients
Carrots, Vegetable oil, salt, chilli powder, turmeric per taste
Directions
Chop carrots into small cubes/slices
On a flat bottom vessel, add 1-2 tbsps of vegetable oil and heat for 1 minute.
Add the chopped carrots and cover with lid for about 10 minutes, stirring slowly in between.
After the carrots are soft and lose their "raw" smell, add salt and chilli powder to taste

Serve with tortillas, rice or Indian breads
