Easy Vegetarian Stir-Fry

Ingredients
3 cup Cooked White Rice1/3 pkg of Mann's Broccoli Cole Slaw2/3 cup Shitake Mushrooms (sliced)1/2 cup Napa Cabbage (diced)1 2/3 cup Broccoli1/4 Yellow Onion (chopped)12 tbsp La Choy Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce
Directions
Slice, dice and chop all vegetables and combine in large frying pan with Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce. Put on medium high heat, and stir all ingredients together, making sure to coat everything in the Sauce. Cover and let cook for 15 min. Stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and pour over rice.
Serves 4 as a main course, or up to 12 as a side dish.
