Grilled Cajun Spicy Catfish

Ingredients
14 1/2 ounce farm raised catfish1 Tbsp. MaCormick Cajun Seasoning1Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive OilCooking spray
Directions
Rinse and dry catfish. Mix oil and Cajun seasoning togeter. Place catfish in sturdy freezer bag, pour oil mixture in bag. Make sure all fish pieces a covered. Place in refrigerator ; let marinate until grill is ready. Put tin foil on grill, spray lightly with cooking spray. Grill about 5 minutes on each side or until flakes with fork.
Makes 4 - 3 ounces servings
