1 stick butter (1/2 cup), salted (softened)1/2 cup canola oil
Whip together butter & canola oil in a bowl. Place in a covered container and put in refrigerator. Take out and use and put back in refrigerator after use or it will separate. 1teaspoon equals one serving.
