Creamed Cauliflower

Ingredients
2 cups raw Cauliflower florets1 Tablsp unsalted butter1 Tablsp flour1 cup nonfat milkdash saltdash black pepper
Directions
Steam Cauliflower until tender crisp. Make cream sauce by melting butter over low heat. Whisk in the flour. Slowly whisk in the milk. Cook over low heat whisking constantly until sauce thickens and bubbles. Add salt and pepper. Pour sauce over cauliflower and reheat.
