*Beef, top round, fat trimmed, London Broil, Round Steak, Cube Steak, 4 ozKellogg’s Corn Flake Crumbs, 1 tbsp*Progresso® Panko crispy dry bread crumbs - plain, 0.08 cup14g Hi Maize Resistant Starch*Zatarains Seasoned Fish Fry Breading mix, 1 tbsp100% Liquid Egg Whites, Member's Mark, 3 tbsp
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Dredge cube steak in hi maize and Zatarains. Dip in egg whites. Dredge in combined Panko and crushed corn flakes. Place on parchment lined jelly-roll sheet sprayed with cooking oil. Bake until coating is golden and steak is done, about 25 minutes.
