Easy Tuna patties

Ingredients
6 oz can of water packed tuna1 egg0.5 cup of cracker crumbschopped onionsalt & pepper to taste.
Directions
Mix ingred., form pattie, spray non stick pan with olive oil, fry to golden brown.

Makes 2-3 patties per 6 oz can of tuna.

Serve with Lemon,

    Tasty way to get protein! Add more ingredients if that's your preference. Me, I'm gonna put in parmesan instead of crackers (don't have any), and may or may not chop the onion. I'm not much of a cook, and this is a wonderful, drama-free recipe for me to try. - 10/3/09
