Ingredients
6 oz can of water packed tuna1 egg0.5 cup of cracker crumbschopped onionsalt & pepper to taste.
Directions
Mix ingred., form pattie, spray non stick pan with olive oil, fry to golden brown.

Makes 2-3 patties per 6 oz can of tuna.

Serve with Lemon,

    WOW!!! I love simple and easy and tasty. This was so quick. I was so impressed with zero calories/fat with the spray evoo(extravirginoliveoil)! I can fry and get a nice crisp brown without a worry. I'm Free!!! I will make this at least once a week and maybe more. - 9/3/07
