Fruity Granola Bars

Oats, 200 gramsFlour, whole grain, 200 gramsMargarine, hard, 200 gramsBrown Sugar, 90 gramsHoney, 1 tbsp Coconut, raw, 100 gramsCranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 50 grams Dried Apples, 60 grams Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp *mixed spice, 2 tsp
Makes 24 2cmx5cm fingers.
Put dried fruit and oats in a blender until at desired consistency. Meanwhile, melt the butter and sugar in a pan over slow heat (don't let the mixture boil). Mix all the dry ingredients together, and add to to the melted butter/sugar mixture.
Once thoroughly mixed, pat the 'dough' into a baking pan, and bake in oven at 180C for 8-10 minutes. Cut while still warm.
