Beef and onion stew (simple)

Ingredients
16 oz sirloin ,cut into cubes1 large vidalia onion sliced4 garlic cloves grushed2 large carrots sliced1 cup strained tomato or chopped tomato.1 cup chicken broth (or beef)1 cup water as needed2 leaves basil ,chopped parsley chopped,no stems1 Tbsp tarragon 2 Tsp (hot )hungarian paprika powder1 Tbsp olive oil
Directions
serves 5
heat olive oil in large pan and saute' onions and garlic
add the meat to braise.
Add all other ingredienses and cook until done apx. 1hour.
Add more water as needed add salt and pepper if you like.
