Ingredients
1.5 lbs ground beef1 carrot, shredded1 celery, chopped1 onion, chopped1/2 cup ketchup2 tbs mustard1 cup chicken broth1 can of Campbells chicken Gumbo soup1 cup tomato sauceS&P
Directions
cook ground beef, rinse off fat when completely cooked
in same pan, add veggies and saute for 5 min, than add liquids and hamburger back in, - you may want more ketchup and less chicken broth, basically you want it saucy but not soupy. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve on hamburger bun.

    This was a good recipe for sloppy joes. We liked the added veggies :) Healthy but still tastes really good! My whole family liked them and we had enough for left overs!!!! - 10/1/07

    I omitted the celery and used red bell pepper and fresh tomatoes from the garden instead of canned sauce and omitted the chicken soup and mustard. It tasted great!! I used the food processor for the veggies so my family didn't notice and they all liked it! Even fussy kids. - 9/21/07
