Sweet Potato Stir Fry (vegetarian)

Ingredients
1 med Onion1 med Green Pepper2T Garlic, prepared 1T Honey1T Coriander Powder 1T Hot Chili Powder2T Ground Cumin2 Sweet Potatos, appx 5" long 2 cups Black Beans, canned (I don't drain them)1.5 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, FrozenSpray Pam
Directions
Microwave your sweet potatoes 3-4 minutes, then cut into cubes.
Spray your skillet with pam & saute your diced onion, pepper & prepared garlic.
Add honey, coriander, chili pepper, and cumin.
Add black beans (not drained), corn and sweet potatos. Cook until sweet potatoes are cooked thoroughly but still firm (about 15 minutes).
