Ingredients
1 lb fish(of your choice)2 cups potatoes3 cups water2 chopped small onions or 1 medium2 celery stalks chopped1 tsp salt1tsp pepper1/3 tsp rosemary2 cups milk(whole milk or half and half)2 tbl butter
Directions
saute the onion and celery in 1 tbl spoon butter until soft
cube the potatoes
cut the fish into squares
add water, salt, potatoes, fish, and sauteed onion and celery into a pot (simmer until potatoes are soft)
Add milk 1 tbl butter/margarine pepper and rosemary.
