Baby Bok Choy with garlic and ginger

6 baby bok choy's-slice bottom root off rinse leaves3 cloves garlic minced1 tsp grated ginger root3 Tbsp water1 Tbsp grapeseed oil (or any oil)salt and pepper to tasteSesame oil to taste (drizzle)
Prepape baby bok choys by cutting a small slice off the bottom leave really small inner leaves intact. Rinse and drain.
In a wok or saute pan add oil, garlic and ginger. Turn heat up to medium. Cook until garlic and ginger are fragrant. Add bok choy and toss/stir for 15-25 seconds.
Add water and cover for 1-2 minutes, until bok choy is lightly steamed.
Serve with a drizzle of sesame oil, salt n pepper if desired.
