Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Zucchini, 2 cup, grated*Flour, white, 2 cup *Canola Oil, 1/2 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar, 2/3 cup Baking Soda, 1 tsp Egg, fresh, 2 large Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp *Whole Milk / Vitamin D, 1/4 cup Pecans, .1/2 cup, choppedChocolate Chips 1/2 cup
Grate 2 cups of zucchini and set aside. Mix sugar, eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla together. Add Flour, soda, and cocoa to your wet mixture, alternating with the zucchini until all ingredients are mixed together. Put in a 9 X13 inch pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of nuts and 1/2 cup chocolate chips on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 9 large pieces or 12 small servings (nutritional calculation done on 9 pieces).
