microwave baked apple

Ingredients
1 apple1 6 oz container any flavor dannon light and fit yogurt (I prefer banana myself)1/4 tsp cinnamon mixed with 1 to 3 packets of equal depending on your sweet tooth1 graham cracker, crushed (optional)
Directions
Slice apple, I leave the skin on but you can peel if you don't like the skin, pour cinnamon and sugar over the top, put in microwave for 1-3 minutes depending on your microwaves cooking time, they vary so some may take longer.
Take apple out of microwave, pour yogurt over the top and enjoy!
Optional: crush 1 graham cracker and sprinkle over the top to give it a little crunch
