one half of a 6.5 inch whole wheat pita.one half cup shredded low fat or fat free shredded cheddarone half cup mashed pinto beans(homecooked is healthier)1 tbs. chopped onion2 tbs. chopped green pepper2 tbs. mashed avacado.25 cup chopped tomatoes.5 cup shredded romaine
Directions
Toast the pita bread and top with mashed pinto beans(homecooked is best), cheese, onion, green pepper, lettuce and avacado. one half of the pita bread with all toppings is one serving
