Ingredients
Defrost frozen cooked shrimp overnight (a small bowl)Next morning peel the tails off and weigh the shrimp to make sure you only get 3 oz. Grab a medium size plastic bowl with lid and add your lettuce, then your shrimp, then your rosemary. Put lid on the bowl and shake it all up. Now your lunch is packed for work.
