Chicken Piccata

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cupGarlic powder, 1 tsp Paprika, 1 tsp Egg, fresh, 1 large Lemon Juice, 6 tbls dividedChicken Breast, 4 Butter, salted, .5 cup Chicken bouillon, 2 tsp Water, tap, 1 cup
Directions
In a shallow bowl, combine flour, garlic powder and paprika. In another shallow bowl, beat eggs and 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat with flour mixture.

In a large skillet, brown chicken on both sides in butter over med-high heat. Combine bouillon, water, and reamining lemon juice; pour over chicken. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer fr 20 minutes or until juice runs clear.
