1.5 lbs lean ground beef1 can kidney beans1.5 jars meat flavored pasta saucechili powder or taco seasoning
brown beef on stove. drain and put in crock pot. drain can of beans and add to beef. add sauce and stir. use chili powder as desired, or taco seasoning makes is mild yet flavorful. Serve over rice with a side of broccoli. Cook on low or warm for 8 to 10 hours.
