Ingredients
1 small ripe banana2 cups frozen unsweetened whole strawberries1 8-ounce carton strawberry or vanilla low-fat yogurt3/4 cup milk
Directions
*Remove peel from the banana. Using the table knife, cut banana into chunks.
*Put banana chunks, frozen strawberries, yogurt, and milk into the blender container.
*Cover blender with the lid and blend on high speed until mixture is smooth. Turn off blender. Pour drink into glasses. Use rubber scraper to get all of the drink out of the blender.

    I refigured this recipe ... it's 156 cal, .8g fat, 5.4 cholesterol, 64.5 sodium, 4 fiber, 14.9 sugars, 5.1 protein only ingrediant the original tracked was the banana ... that's why the calories were so low. Still not too bad, but x3 it becomes 462 calories ... OUCH! - 6/14/08

    It might have been her first time. My first time happened the same way. In fact a member criticized me about it. That's ok I have big shoulders. Who would drink three at one time? Not me.

    serving per recipe is three. So if you took the whole thing as one serving that would mean you are consuming 90 calories. the servings must be very small if you get three servings from this. I have not tried this recipe but intend to as it looks very good. - 1/27/08

    This sounds wonderful but I don't see how it can only be 30 calories per serving when a small banana alone is 108 so would be 36 per serving just for the banana. I came up with 144 calories per serving which is still great. what am I missing to get it to only be 30 cal/serving. - 1/15/08
