california stir fry with orange sauce

Ingredients
12 oz. Mann's California stir fry2 tsp Canola oil1/2 cup Water chestnuts3/4 cup Orange juice1tbsp cornstarch 1tbsp low sodium soy sauce3 boneless skinless chicken breast
Directions
Add oil to large skillet or wok on medium heat. Add vegetables, water chestnuts and pineapple; stir fry for 3 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together. Add to skillet, lowe heat and cook until sauce is thickened (about 2 minutes). Can be served over rice or asian noodles. add shrimp chicken or beef.
