Ingredients
2 tbsp Margarine butter blend,1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix8 oz Sour cream, fat free1 can Yellow Sweet Corn, CannedCorn, drained1 can yellow, canned, cream style1 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Place margarine in casserole dish and allow to melt in oven while it preheats. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients together. Pour into buttered casserole dish and bake for 35-45 minutes, until pudding is set but not firm.
