Corn Tortilla Tacos with Ground Turkey

* Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) * Garlic, 2 clove (remove) * *Turkey, Ground Turkey 99% lean, 16 oz (remove) * *Cumin - ground (1 tsp), .75 tsp (remove) * Corn Tortillas, 10 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) (remove) * *kroger 2% milk 4 cheese mexican blend finely shreaded cheese, 1 cup (remove) * *Lettuce, Romain, 4 cup (remove) * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1.5 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)
Saute onions and garlic in small amount of olive oil. When translucent, add turkey, cumin and salt and pepper (to taste...not calculated in), and cook until turkey browns. Remove turkey from pan, clean out pan and re-coat with oil. Spoon turkey into tortillas and add then to pan to brown. Once browned, top with cheese, tomatoes, and sour cream or guacamole if desired.
