1 can black beans3 cloves garlic1/4 c onion1/4 c yellow bell pepper3 tbsp roma tomato1 egg1/3 c whole wheat flour1 tsp chili powderdash Mrs Dash Chipotle seasonground black pepper to taste1 tsp fajita seasoning
Directions
mix veggies and egg together.
Add spices.
Add beans.
Fry in skillet
