baked pumpkin

Ingredients
7 mini pumpkins2 cans pineapple1 apple .5 cup brown sugarcinnamon to taste
Directions
-1- Cut tops of pumpkins off and clean out each pumpkin
-2- Mix crushed pineapple, and chopped apple
-3- add most of the brown sugar (leave enough to sprinkle on top) and cinnamon to taste
-4- fill each pumpkin with mixture,
-5- sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top of each pumpkin
-6- place top back on pumpkin and place in baking dish
-7- Bake on 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until the pumpkin is soft.
